The area oversees the strategy, management, and continual improvement of ODU’s web properties, ensuring they are accessible, personalized, and aligned with institutional goals. The Campus Web Content Team supports the broader site and related university web properties. They collaborate with colleges, departments, and administrative units to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with ODU’s brand and digital standards, helping deliver a cohesive online experience for the campus community.
The ODUGlobal Web Content Team manages and enhances the website, focusing on the entire prospective student journey for online programs. The team creates, optimizes, and maintains a wide range of content to ensure the site is clear, engaging, and aligned with enrollment goals while showcasing the full depth of ODUGlobal’s offerings and student experience.
Web Development
The Web Development Team provides the technical foundation for ODU’s web platforms. They build, maintain, and optimize the systems that power both ODUGlobal and campus sites, supporting new features, improving performance, and enabling integrations. Their work ensures a modern, reliable, and accessible digital experience across the university’s web presence.
Website Governance
The Campus Web group also oversees & facilitates the Web Governance Committee. The purpose of this committee is to ensure we share any relevant website-related information as well as to ensure we are aware of and have an opportunity to address any challenges clients are facing with managing their websites.
