While most kiosks charge by the hour, rentals are free for the ODU community for the first 7 days.
The service is available to all current ODU faculty, staff and students.
The app requires a payment method as a "safety net." You will not be charged unless the battery is kept past the 7 day free window.
If a battery is not returned within 7 days, a $50 fee is charged to cover the university's cost to replace the unit.
