Born in Cameroon and educated across Africa and the United 91¶ÌÊÓƵs, Dr. Time brings a global lens to topics like criminology, conflict resolution, policing, school violence, and even crime in Shakespeare’s works. She’s published three books, presented her research on nearly every continent, and continues to shape conversations about justice and education worldwide.
