Application Process
Emergency Medicine only accepts applications through the (ERAS). All residency positions are matched through the .
A complete application must include
- ERAS application uploaded
- Medical school dean's letter (MSPE)
- USMLE scores (Step 1 required, Step 2 optional but preferred) and/or Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX) scores (Level 1 required and/or Level 2)
- Medical school transcripts
- SLOE (Standard Letter of Evaluation) - at least two are preferred
- One letter of recommendation must be from Emergency Medicine
- Personal statement
International graduates
- Same as above
- will be required before the rank list deadline
- Graduation from medical school within the last three years
- At least one year of U.S. clinical experience (observership/research is not included as clinical experience)
Interviews are by invitation only and are scheduled in October, November, December and January. All interviews will be conducted virtually. Candidates will be contacted via email with login information.
