The Office of Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management brings together three distinct yet aligned functions under unified leadership to advance a culture of accountability, integrity, and resilience in support of the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s strategic priorities. While each function operates independently in accordance with its professional standards, they collaborate to provide coordinated insight, oversight, and risk intelligence that promotes institutional governance and effective risk management across the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ.
91¶ÌÊÓƵ Audit delivers independent assurance and advisory services designed to enhance governance, risk management, and internal controls. 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Compliance leads the institutional compliance framework and promotes awareness of and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and policies. 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Risk Management administers traditional risk management programs—including loss prevention, claims, and incident management—to safeguard the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s people, assets, and operations.
Together, these functions play active, complementary, and distinct roles within the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, contributing perspective, expertise, and coordination to support informed decision-making across the institution.
