Join the Queer Resource Center (QRC) for Building Pride: Brick by Brick, a hands on creative workshop centered on the power, history, and impact of LGBTQ+ protest. Together, we鈥檒l explore key moments in queer and trans resistance, like Stonewall and reflect on how activism has shaped our past and continues to inspire our future.
Participants will have the opportunity to paint their own 鈥渂rick鈥 keychain on a carabiner to take home, symbolizing resilience, pride, and collective resistance. This is a drop in event, so stop by to create, reflect, and connect with community as we honor the activists who paved the way and imagine what pride and protest look like today.
All are welcome, come as you are, stay as long as you鈥檇 like, and build pride with us, one brick at a time.
