The Division of Research and Economic Development is hosting the Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation (VIPC) for an information session for faculty researchers interested in moving their innovations toward real-world impact.

The session will highlight the upcoming reopening of the Commonwealth Commercialization Fund (CCF) higher education proof-of-concept grant opportunity, along with other VIPC funding programs that support the commercialization of university research and early-stage technology startups.

The VIPC team will provide an overview of available funding opportunities, answer questions in a group Q&A, and remain afterward to connect with faculty individually to discuss specific ideas or projects.

This event is a great opportunity for faculty who are interested in translating research into practical applications, exploring commercialization pathways, or learning about funding that supports early-stage innovation.
