Web Time Entry Deadline Reminders for the December 10 – December 24

Employee Deadline Reminder

Semi-monthly classified employees must submit their web time sheets for approval by 11:59 p.m. on December 17, 2025. Please enter hours for the entire pay period December 10 – December 24, 2025.

Non-exempt employees must enter estimated hours for leave taken and hours worked from December 18 – December 24, 2025, Non-Exempt Employees please use Holiday Pay to record the official holiday closing on your Web Time Sheet.

Non-Exempt semi-monthly employees required to work on Official 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ Holidays should enter time as 8 hours Holiday Pay and enter hours physically worked under Additional hours worked.

Exempt employees will enter estimated leave taken from December 18 – December 24, 2025. Exempt employees do not enter holiday hours on their web time sheets.

Approver & Proxy Deadline Reminders

Approvers and Proxies must approve classified time sheets by 10:00 a.m. on December 18, 2025, for the December 10 - December 24 pay period. Please verify that each of your employees entered all hours worked and leave taken for the entire pay period December 10, 2025– December 24, 2025. Employees will estimate hours for December 18 – December 24.

Procedure for correcting estimated hours worked or leave taken for December 10 - December 24, 2025.

To amend estimated hours worked or leave taken for December 18 – December 24, submit a Manual Time sheet to the Payroll Office by January 6, 2026.
