Some audiences may need to still be to be maintained by individual subaccount owners.

Emma offers more tips on manual contact list management.
Note: Old Dominion 91¶ÌÊÓƵ employees are not permitted to opt-out of certain internal email communications because these messages are considered essential business communications. They may include critical information related to safety notifications and operational updates necessary for employees to perform their roles effectively. As such, these communications are not classified as optional or marketing in nature and must be delivered to ensure organizational continuity, legal compliance and the well-being of the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ community. However, employees may have the option to unsubscribe from other 91¶ÌÊÓƵ emails considered essential business or safety related communications.
The 91¶ÌÊÓƵ provides a collection of branded email templates designed for customization to meet the unique requirements of each subaccount. Units may customize the templates while maintaining ODU brand consistency. All templates must reflect ODU’s visual identity.
To maintain a consistent brand identity across all communications, the subaccount manager should email emmatemplaterequest@odu.edu to request 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Communications’ review of template changes prior to deployment. This collaboration ensures that your emails align with the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s visual and messaging standards while allowing for personalized adjustments.
