Attack the Harbor is a fully immersive, live‑fire cyber defense exercise where Blue Teams battle a realistic dual‑track APT campaign modeled on Volt Typhoon and APT34 tradecraft. Each Blue Team—composed of 3–5 operators—must defend a shared military‑civilian port network as points degrade over time and delayed responses carry steep penalties.
