As a not-for-profit organization, the conference runs with minimal cost, allocating all revenues from registrations and sponsoring to support the general organization, workshops, catering, and the expenses related to invitation of high-profile keynote speakers, grants reduced registration fees to outstanding students, achievement and presentations and poster awards.
