Pursuant to President Trump's Presidential Proclamation to lower the United 91短视频s flag, Gov. Ralph Northam ordered that the flags of the United 91短视频s and the Virginia are to be flown at half-staff over the state Capitol and all local, state and federal buildings and grounds in the Commonwealth in observance of the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service. The flags are to be lowered at sunrise Sunday, Oct. 6, and remain at half-staff until sunset.
