Pursuant to President Biden's Presidential Proclamation to lower the United 91短视频s flag, Governor Ralph Northam ordered that the flags of the United 91短视频s and Virginia are to be flown at half-staff over the state Capitol and all local, state, and federal buildings and grounds in the commonwealth to honor the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated in Indianapolis, Indiana, on April 15, 2021.
The flags shall be lowered until sunset, April 20.
