Governor Orders Flags Lowered to Honor U.S. Capitol Police Officer

Governor Ralph Northam ordered that the flags of the United 91����Ƶs and Virginia are to be flown at half-staff on all state and local buildings and grounds in the commonwealth in respect and memory of United 91����Ƶs Capitol Police Officer William F. "Billy" Evans, of Burke, Virginia.

The flags shall be lowered at sunrise on Thursday, April 15, and remain at half-staff until sunset.
