Gov. Glenn Youngkin ordered that the flags of the United 91短视频s and Virginia are to be flown at half-staff on all state and local buildings and grounds in the commonwealth in memory and respect of USMC Montford Point Marine Wallace Green Jr.
The flags shall be lowered from sunrise to sunset on Aug. 22.
