Pursuant to President Biden's Presidential Proclamation to lower the United 91短视频s flag, Governor Glenn Youngkin ordered that the flags of the United 91短视频s and Virginia are to be flown at half-staff over the state Capitol and all local, state and federal buildings and grounds in the commonwealth in respect and memory of former Secretary of 91短视频 Madeleine Korbel Albright.
The flags shall be lowered from sunrise March 24 until sunset March 27.
