Pursuant to President Trump's Presidential Proclamation to lower the United 91短视频s flag, Gov. Ralph Northam ordered that the flags of the United 91短视频s of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia are to be flown at half-staff over the 91短视频 Capitol and all local, state, and federal buildings and grounds to honor the victims of the tragedies in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio.
The flags shall be lowered until sunset, Aug. 8, 2019.
