The Division of Talent Management and Culture’s Organizational Development and Training team invites faculty and staff to participate in the Change Management Learning Series, a six-part professional development experience designed to help individuals and leaders effectively understand, manage, and sustain change in today’s evolving workplace.
Whether you are personally navigating organizational change or leading a team through transitions, this series will provide practical tools and evidence-based strategies to help you build resilience, reduce resistance, and foster a culture that embraces change.

The series will be facilitated by Dr. Diane Holland, Ed.D., Director of Organizational Development and Training and 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ Ombudsperson. Dr. Holland is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner and served as a co-leader of the ODU and EVMS integration efforts, helping guide one of the most significant organizational transformations in the institution’s history.
Participants may attend individual sessions based on their interests and professional needs. Those who complete all six sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing their commitment to developing change leadership competencies.
