On March 14 and 15 the Office of Counseling Services is offering virtual drop-in counseling sessions from 3:00–6:00 p.m. through the .

Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students have access to 's TalkNow, the virtual support service line for students seeking in-the-moment emotional support and coaching. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, at no cost to students through the end of March. 

Graduate Students

Graduate students in the U.S. can access mental health support resources, including the free National Grad Crisis Line at 1-877-GRAD-HLP (1-877-472-3457) and free teletherapy through . These services offer confidential support for graduate students, and some resources may also be available to parents and partners seeking ways to help support them.

Faculty & Staff

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to faculty and staff at no cost.
