Dr. Kristie Escobar received a Ph.D. in Information Sciences and a Master of Library and Information Sciences from The Florida 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ, an M.A. in Humanities from Tiffin 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ, and a B.A. in Linguistics from the 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Florida. Previously she was a Visiting Lecturer and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of STEM Education & Professional Studies at Old Dominion 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ.
As a leader in the engineering field, Dr. Fergus has more than 180 publications, which have been cited more than 14,000 times by other researchers. In addition, he has been the principal investigator or co-principal investigator on research projects involving materials for gas turbine engines, batteries, fuel cells, and chemical sensors. Dr. Fergus earned his undergraduate degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Pennsylvania. Dr. Fergus currently serves as the Dean of the Batten College of Engineering & Technology.Â
Dr. Adam Fix received a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, an M.S. in Animal Behavior, Ecology, and Conservation from Canisius College and a B.A. in Philosophy from the 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Buffalo. Previously he was a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Environmental Studies & Writing Program at Denison 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ.
Dr. Kimberly Freisenbruch is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) which she received from Old Dominion 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ, where she was one of the only students to have ever completed both her masters and doctoral degrees at the same time. Dr. Freisenbruch is passionate about providing mental health care and specializes in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and traumatic brain injury (TBI).

Dr. Tan Le received his B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees from Ho Chi Minh 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Technology in 2002 and 2004, respectively and his Ph.D. degree from 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Quebec in 2015. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, internet of things, vehicular networks, blockchain, 5G and beyond network, smart healthcare, edge/fog/cloud computing and software defined networking.

A. in Comparative Literature all from the 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in Slavic Languages & Literatures from The 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Chicago. Previously she was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Digital Studies Institute in the 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Michigan. Dr. Zeitlin-Wu will hold a joint appointment with the Institute of Humanities.
Dr. Yuting Zhu receive a Ph.D. in Environmental Chemistry from the 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ of New York, and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Nanjing 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ, Nanjing, China. Previously she was a Postdoctoral Investigator at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.
